Does hair length matter when I get a service?

The hair should be 4 weeks of growth. If the hair is too short, the wax will not grab the hair properly leading to poor results.

Where should I park?

There is a first come first serve parking deck located on Crenshaw Ave right outside Tivali, that we will validate after your service.

How often should I schedule a service and do I need to do anything to prep before an appointment?

We recommend reserving an appointment every 4-6 weeks.  Although each person's hair grows differently, hair grows on a 28-day cycle. For body waxing, begin exfoliating at least 2 days before your service.  Exfoliating your skin's surface 2-3 a week is very important and can help to eliminate ingrown hairs.

What about hygiene?

We prioritize cleanliness and safety by using sanitized tools, maintaining a sterile environment, and adhering to strict hygiene protocols. To ensure a hygienic experience, we recommend washing and exfoliating the area to be waxed and avoiding lotions or oils beforehand. If on your cycle, we recommend using a fresh tampon before the service is performed.

What if I am late or miss my appointment?

Arriving late for your appointment, cancelling without a 24-hour notice, or a “no show” may require rescheduling your services and incurring a “Missed Appointment Fee” equal to 50% - 100% of your service.

Why do we charge a premium for our services?

Our premium pricing underscores our dedication to excellence and quality. Each client receives tailored care, leveraging our expertise and the latest hair removal techniques. This approach guarantees the highest level of experience and results, making our services a worthwhile investment in natural beauty.

Are there age restrictions?

We ask kindly that children under 10 not to be present while services are being performed. For services, we require a parent or guardian to sign an intake form before services are rendered for clients under 18 years old.
